My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had a cosy feel and seemed better after a new painting. The location was ideal for our family stay, being close to the airport taxi services and Asiatique. However, the facilities need updating and some areas like the gym could use renovation. The dining options were limited and a bit pricey, but the staff were polite and helpful.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though needing some renovations, was on the 14th floor with a great view of the river, even if the hotel itself is away from it. The bath setup could be more accommodating for taller guests and the decor could use some updating. The staff, while friendly, seemed busy and had trouble finding our bookings. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the vibrant Asiatique complex, but the hotel might not be convenient for exploring all of Bangkok.
